Premont ISD Bond 2021
The current Premont Collegiate High School campus was constructed in 1971. According to the district’s architect, the approximately 100,200 square foot facility would cost an estimated $28,000,000 to replace. In addition, the facility does not meet today’s safety requirements illustrated in the 2020 Premont ISD Safety and Security Audit.
The Premont Independent School District Board of Trustees called for a $4,130,000 Bond Election for renovations at Premont Collegiate High School. Recently, the Premont ISD invested over $1.2M for a new roof, chiller, boiler, as well as infrastructure to support the HVAC improvements and exterior doors.
