The TTIPS Grant has been organized around seven “Critical Success Factors” (CSFs). The CSFs reflect behavioral changes that must be demonstrated by students at the campus or by adults working on their behalf. The CSFs are essential for the TTIPS program to succeed in meeting the goals and objectives defined by the grant. The CSFs include the following seven components:

1. Improve Academic Performance

 2. Increase the Use of Quality Data to Drive Instruction

 3. Increase Leadership Effectiveness

 4. Increase Learning Time

 5. Increase Parent & Community Involvement

 6. Improve School Climate

 7. Increase Teacher Quality

Our mission is to provide a collaborative, respectful learning environment that inspires students to believe and achieve so that success becomes the only option.
